The amusing premise follows three 18-year-old guys who are hoping to have the time of their life on the one day getting drunk and stoned out of their mind has literally no consequences. This incredibly entertaining affair is set in an alternate reality where drugs and alcohol are illegal except for one day a year where everybody parties extremely hard.
